A booking is confirmed once payment is received.

You may cancel before a driver is assigned; cancellations after that may incur charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Ensure goods are properly packed and safe to transport

Provide access for pickup and delivery

Confirm that goods comply with UK delivery laws (no illegal or hazardous items)

We may refuse delivery if items are unsafe or illegal.

5. Driver Partners

Drivers must:

Provide valid ID and vehicle documents

Deliver goods safely and on time

Follow all UK transport and road regulations

We reserve the right to remove any driver who fails to meet our standards.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (such as Stripe).
We do not store full card details on our servers.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors outside our control

Items not packed properly

Loss or damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

Our responsibility, where applicable, is limited to the value of the delivery fee.

8. Refunds

Refunds may be issued when:

A booking is cancelled before a driver is assigned

We cannot complete a delivery due to our own fault

No refunds are provided for:

Wrong addresses

Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

Goods prohibited by UK law
